Product Introduction

 

  KZPL-39DC4X is a straight-through strainer that can be cleaned automatically. Through the pressure difference before and after filtration, the strainer can filter, clean, and drain by relying on automatic components and electric actuators.

Working Principle

  1. When the strainer is working, the valve A is open. After the fluid passes through the filter screen, the fine particle impurities and suspended matter in the fluid are deposited near the sewage outlet using the principle of inertia.
  2. When the filter is normally flushed, the valve A is open. When the fine particles and impurities in the filter screen reach a certain amount, the sewage valve B is opened, and the impurities sticking to the collection section of the strainer are washed and discharged due to the action of the water flow until the outflow of liquid is clear. Then close the drain valve B to enter the normal working state.
  3. When it is back-washing, the water flow steering valve A is closed and the blow-down valve B is opened. At this time, the water flow is through the mesh of the inlet section of the filter mesh cylinder to enter the outer layer of the filter cylinder and the shell inter-layer, and reversely flush and stick from the outer side of the mesh cylinder to clean the filter screen. Since the water flow steering valve A is closed, the water flow rate increases and the backwash effect is better.
  4. Through the pressure difference before and after filtration, the strainer can filter, clean, and drain by relying on automatic components and electric actuators.
  5. In addition to control the pressure difference, KMO can also set the cleaning cycle according to user needs, so as to realize regular automatic back-washing, filtering and sewage discharge. And its cleaning and discharging are completed at the same time in the process of online filtration without stopping the water flow.
  6. The manual control can be realized through the buttons on the control box, which can directly control the cleaning, washing and discharging.

 

Backwash Filter Performance and Characteristics

Backwash Filter Installation, Usage, Maintenance

  • There are 2 steps about washing. The first step is cleaning and draining. Opening the valve B about 30 seconds and discharging impurities from the drain port. The second step is back-washing. Opening the valve B and closing the valve A about 30 seconds, then back-washing and discharging impurities from the filter element
  • There is no need to frequently replace those components that are easily worn, but it is necessary to conduct regular sewage disposal.
